All orders to be delivered within South Africa that amount to more than R800 qualify for free delivery – a minimal fee of R80 will be charged for orders amounting to less than R80. Please read the section on International delivery if you reside outside South Africa.
We make use of a 3-5 working day door-to-door delivery courier service (after despatch). Our courier company delivers during the week within normal working hours. Please provide a work or home address where there will be someone available to accept the goods on your behalf should you not be available. All orders over R800 qualify for free delivery, please see the delivery fee calculated at checkout if your order is below R800. Applicable to most areas within South Africa.
Local Pickup – If you are situated nearby to our location and would like to collect your order yourself, you may do so. Please specify your this in the “Order Notes” section on the checkout page when placing your order to arrange a collection time.
Post Office – For customers who are situated in rural or outlying areas the South African Post Office may be used to deliver your order, as most courier companies do not service such areas regularly. See the “Outlying Areas” section below for more info.
We make use of various courier companies who have the ability to deliver to the following countries: Botswana; Lesotho; Namibia; Swaziland and various other African countries. Should your country not be listed here, please contact us with a delivery request / enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm the countries that we service. Standard delivery terms and conditions do not apply for deliveries outside of South Africa. The free delivery for orders over R800 rule does not apply. All delivery costs will be for the account of the buyer and will be finalized upon completion of the order and based on delivery location, parcel size and weight.
Our delivery times are usually within 3-5 working days for main city centres and within 7 working days for outlying areas. We start counting working days the day after the payment clears in our account, which may take 1-2 days from the time the order is placed on our website. Sheraton Textiles Online aims to deliver on time as promised, however for reasons beyond our control we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. If a customer places two orders within 3-5 working days of each other, the orders will be packed collectively and sent together as one shipment once both orders are complete.
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Nelspruit, Polokwane and Kimberley can expect delivery within 5 working days.
Outlying areas will be serviced via the Post Office. When entering the delivery address / details please be as specific as possible with the Post Office number that you enter. Please expect delivery to take up to 7 working days. On rare occasions a courier company may be used to service outlying areas, however delivery companies may only deliver to certain outlying / rural areas once or twice a week. Note: a working day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday; Sunday and public holidays.
When do we start counting days?
The next working day after payment has been received for EFT; Credit Card; and Debit Card payments. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following working day. Note: a working day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday; Sunday and public holidays.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package has been dispatched. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier company will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Sheraton Hotel & Home due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
Tracking and Delivery
To follow/track your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com with your order number. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
